Employees are paying a high price for too little sleep, according to a 2008 Better Sleep
Council survey. It reported an alarming decline in the quality of work, poor judgment
and trouble retaining information as the top work-related consequences from lack of
sleep. Not to mention that cranky co-worker.

Maintain a regular sleep schedule,
even on weekends.
Turn off the TV and computer one hour
before bed (the light from glowing screens
wreaks havoc on sleep rhythms).
Unclutter your bedroom to create a dark,
cool, relaxing and comforting environment.
