business for nearly 40 years.
In 1972, 200 small business owners banded together to voice the issues of their fellow
entrepreneurs. A year later, the organization now known as COSE partnered with a
another Cleveland-based company to offer affordable health insurance plans to its
membership. That company was us, and we’re proud to still be standing alongside COSE
offering small businesses affordable, flexible, high-quality health and life coverage.
