Our health screenings are designed
for small businesses of any size and
are free to members and dependents
covered by the COSE Health Insurance Program provided by Medical
Mutual of Ohio. On-site events are
available to groups with between five
and 50 participants. Also, call COSE
for individual appointments located in
Avon, Chardon, Downtown Cleveland
and Lakewood.
